ANOTHER 9/11 TRAGEDY IN NIGERIA!
The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal's judgement today was supposed to change the narrative change and set Nigeria on a very high pedestal on the political affairs of the world. Many Nigerians expected that the Judiciary which is seen as the last hope of the common man was going to dispense justice but they rather took us almost 50years back, how could they have make such decisions? Are they in anyway aware of the precedence they are trying to set at all. The lawyers who defended Muhammadu Buhari and APC I wonder how they can comfortably sleep at night with the verdict today.
What is the fate of our future generations with the kind of judgment delivered today by these Justices who failed to take advantage of the opportunity to write their names in Gold. This judgement is never an Atiku/PDP loss but a general loss, those APC/Buhari supporters who are jubilating should bow their heads in shame if they had any conscience. Nigerians are resilient and won't be deterred in anyway,as law abiding citizens PDP/Atiku should do the needful by going on appeal and even to the supreme Court if need be.
As the world marks 18 years of the attacks on American soil by Osama bin laden and his suicide bombers,we pray for the repose of the souls of the innocent victims and Paramedics/Security personnel of that dastardly act of cowardice. And equally encourage Political and Religious Leaders to always stand by the truth and not be intimidated into turning away from speaking against Terrorism,Human Trafficking,Slavery etc and any other inhumane treatment meted out on fellow human beings by Man.
