BLOODIED BEIRUT

        The month of August began on a very sad note for the people of Beirut the capital city of Lebanon. An explosion earlier today 4th August 2020 rocked a warehouse where some explosive materials specifically 2,700 tonnes of Ammonium nitrate were stored. The explosion almost levelled the city and invariably rendering so many people homeless. The identity of the individuals who stored such explosives is still being investigated and unknown but I sincerely hope that they would be found soonest so as to explain the reasons for such a stockpile.We mourn with the people of Lebanon and pray that God would console the bereaved and heal the victims and survivors of this unfortunate incident.

     We also remember the people who are facing similar situations all over the world whether it was an accident or caused by conflicts that have left several lives and properties lost. May our heavenly Father console those in pains already compounded due to the  Covid-19 Pandemic all over the world.
